Ground Insert Base Stainless steel sleeve to be cemented into the ground. Umbrella support tube is quickly removable from the top plate to leave a totally flush surface. Recommended in windy areas. SPA Base Powder-coated steel plate slides 18 underneath spa and is held by its weight. Requires bolting the upright plate to the spa skirting for stability.
